Clery Act / Campus Crime Data (provided by the NPTI Campus Safety Survey Administrator (CSSA))

For the calendar year 2014 (1/1/2014 - 12/31/2014), there were no crimes reported either on campus or in the vicinity of either the NPTI Lakewood or NPTI Colorado Springs campuses.  

"No crimes" includes all crimes as is required by the Clery Act and the Violence Against Woman Reauthorization Act of 2013 (VAWA) (Pub Law 113-4) and the final regulations relative to the Clery Act, as amended by VAWA as these final regulations appear in 34 CFR 668.46, effective July 1, 2015.

"No crimes" includes NPTI Colorado's on-campus geography, public property, and non-campus buildings or property as defined by "The Handbook for Campus Safety and Security Reporting".

This data is provided as required by institutions such as the National Personal Training Institute of Colorado per Section 485(f) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 and as amended by VAWA and more specifically, per "The Handbook for Campus Safety and Security Reporting", U.S. Department of Education, February 2011.
